Eugene, the one who "brewed" up a history

Family History:
Eugene grew up in family where the Dark Lord was their leader. He believed differently, but was still forced to obey him. Eugene, soon, got a leader from four different schools: Hogwarts, DiMango, Durmstrang, and Beauxbatons. He went to Hogwarts, because he lived in the U.K. Eugene's favorite subject was Potions, and he hoped to become Potions Master one day. But, that did not happen.
Eugene ended up growing up to be Minister of/for Magic.
